This refreshing and healthy drink combines fresh ginger and orange juice to give your immune system a natural boost. It’s a great option for staying well during the colder months.

Immune-Supporting Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine fresh orange juice and grated ginger.
  2. Stir in honey if using, and let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately.
