This cozy mulled apple juice is a warm and comforting drink infused with cinnamon, cloves, and star anise — a perfect non-alcoholic option for chilly fall and winter days.
Mulled Apple Juice Mocktail
Ingredients
- 4 cups apple juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 star anise
- Peel of 1 orange
- 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine apple juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and orange peel in a saucepan.
- Simmer gently over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain out the spices and peel.
- Stir in honey if desired.
- Serve warm in mugs.
Tips
