Faux Gin Fizz

This light and bubbly drink combines the sweet flavors of pear and apricot with bright lemon and herbal rosemary, creating a delicious and elegant non-alcoholic fizz perfect for fall entertaining.

Faux Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pear juice
  • 2 tablespoons apricot nectar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Rosemary sprig and lemon twist (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in pear juice, apricot nectar, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
