This light and bubbly drink combines the sweet flavors of pear and apricot with bright lemon and herbal rosemary, creating a delicious and elegant non-alcoholic fizz perfect for fall entertaining.
Faux Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pear juice
- 2 tablespoons apricot nectar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Rosemary sprig and lemon twist (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in pear juice, apricot nectar, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon twist.
