Pomegranate Rosemary Non-Alcoholic Spritzer

This elegant spritzer pairs the tartness of pomegranate juice with the herbal notes of rosemary syrup, topped with sparkling water for a light and refreshing fall drink.

Pomegranate Rosemary Non-Alcoholic Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. To make rosemary simple syrup: simmer 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 2 rosemary sprigs for 5 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in pomegranate juice and rosemary syrup.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a few pomegranate seeds.
  6. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Use chilled sparkling water to keep the drink crisp.
  • Adjust the rosemary syrup to taste for a more subtle or stronger herbal note.
  • For extra sparkle, substitute with a dry non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
