Whiskey Sour Mocktail

This bold and flavorful mocktail uses Assam tea to mimic the rich notes of bourbon, balanced with fresh lemon juice and a touch of sweetness for a perfect non-alcoholic version of the classic whiskey sour.

Whiskey Sour Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 oz strong-brewed Assam tea (chilled)
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (or honey syrup)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wheel and marachino cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of Assam tea and let it chill completely.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add Assam tea, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  4. Shake well for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
