This bold and flavorful mocktail uses Assam tea to mimic the rich notes of bourbon, balanced with fresh lemon juice and a touch of sweetness for a perfect non-alcoholic version of the classic whiskey sour.
Whiskey Sour Mocktail
Ingredients
- 3 oz strong-brewed Assam tea (chilled)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup (or honey syrup)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon wheel and marachino cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of Assam tea and let it chill completely.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Assam tea, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
- Serve and enjoy.
