This non-alcoholic version of the classic White Russian combines cozy fall spices with creamy pumpkin flavor. It’s perfect for holiday gatherings or a solo treat by the fire.
Pumpkin Spice White Russian Mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole milk or oat milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or non-dairy creamer
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl or shaker, whisk together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the milk and cream, and stir or shake until everything is well combined.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy, spiced fall mocktail!
Tips
- Use cold milk and cream for the best texture and flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to taste.
- This drink can also be blended with ice for a frozen version.
