Non-Alcoholic Gin and Tonic

This crisp and botanical non-alcoholic G&T blends chamomile, mint, cardamom, and rosemary for a flavorful and refreshing mocktail version of the classic gin and tonic.

Non-Alcoholic Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 chamomile tea bag (brewed and chilled, about 3 oz)
  • 3 oz tonic water
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1-2 dashes non-alcoholic bitters (optional)
  • Mint leaves
  • Fresh rosemary sprig
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Steep chamomile tea, let cool completely, then chill in the fridge.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add chilled chamomile tea, lemon juice, and bitters if using.
  4. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with mint, rosemary, and a lemon wheel.
  6. Serve and enjoy.

Tips

  • Use high-quality tonic water for the best taste.
  • Lightly slap mint leaves before adding to release oils.
  • Experiment with different herbal teas for variety.
