Non-Alcoholic Mulled Wine
Ingredients
- 3 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup blackberry juice or blackcurrant juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 star anise
- Peel of 1 orange
- 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine juices, spices, and orange peel in a saucepan.
- Simmer gently over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain out spices and peel.
- Sweeten with honey if desired.
- Serve warm in heatproof mugs or glasses.
Tips
