Non-Alcoholic Mulled Wine

This rich and warming mulled wine alternative blends pomegranate juice, blackberries, and spices, making it the perfect alcohol-free option for cold-weather gatherings.

Non-Alcoholic Mulled Wine

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup blackberry juice or blackcurrant juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 2 star anise
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine juices, spices, and orange peel in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer gently over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain out spices and peel.
  4. Sweeten with honey if desired.
  5. Serve warm in heatproof mugs or glasses.

Tips

  • Add fresh cranberries for extra tartness and color.
