Pumpkin Spice White Russian Mocktail

This non-alcoholic version of the classic White Russian combines cozy fall spices with creamy pumpkin flavor. It’s perfect for holiday gatherings or a solo treat by the fire.

Pumpkin Spice White Russian Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or oat milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or non-dairy creamer
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl or shaker, whisk together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the milk and cream, and stir or shake until everything is well combined.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy, spiced fall mocktail!

Tips

  • Use cold milk and cream for the best texture and flavor.
