This vibrant Grapefruit Gin Sour Mocktail combines the tartness of fresh grapefruit with botanical notes from a non-alcoholic gin alternative. It’s a refreshing choice for fall or anytime you want a crisp and elegant drink.
Grapefruit Gin Sour Mocktail
Ingredients
- 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice (preferably pink grapefruit)
- 2 oz non-alcoholic gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit slice or rosemary sprig (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add grapefruit juice, non-alcoholic gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice or a sprig of rosemary.
