This indulgent and creamy non-alcoholic Irish cream is full of rich espresso, vanilla, and warming spices — perfect for sipping on its own or adding to coffee for a festive twist.
Non-Alcoholic Irish Cream Liqueur
Ingredients
- 1 cup half-and-half or full-fat oat milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup strong brewed espresso (cooled)
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, and espresso.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into a clean glass bottle or jar and refrigerate.
- Shake well before serving. Serve chilled on its own or over ice.
Tips
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Add extra cinnamon or nutmeg for a more festive flavor.
- Delicious when added to hot coffee or cocoa.
