Non-Alcoholic Irish Cream Liqueur

This indulgent and creamy non-alcoholic Irish cream is full of rich espresso, vanilla, and warming spices — perfect for sipping on its own or adding to coffee for a festive twist.

Non-Alcoholic Irish Cream Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 cup half-and-half or full-fat oat milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, and espresso.
  2. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour into a clean glass bottle or jar and refrigerate.
  5. Shake well before serving. Serve chilled on its own or over ice.

Tips

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Add extra cinnamon or nutmeg for a more festive flavor.
  • Delicious when added to hot coffee or cocoa.
